Hi i need some help im trying to plum washing machine in under sink ive got it all linked up bit isolation valve under the sink is missing the bit to turn it on and help on how to turn it on?
 
Use a pair of grips

Pair of grips/spanner, should just be a quarter turn in either direction if the plastic head is missing.
