Heatrae Amptec anyone?

I fitted one of these electric boilers. It ran okay for a few days but keeps locking out and the alarm flashes.

Other than air has anyone got any other ideas I could try? Thanks

Don't they need a minimum flow through the boiler so it doesn't cut out on high limit?

Any signs of circulation issues, pump speed, air lock, partially closed valve?
