Heating issue upstairs rads

So for the past 3 years I’ve had little or no heating upstairs in my house. I have a dual system. Open fire and oil. Neither circulate hot water to radiators upstairs in either bedrooms even if I turn off all the rads downstairs it only warms a little. I had the whole system professionally power flushed and still no improvement. I’ve bled rads upstairs but no pressure at all when heating on!! Any advice much appreciated. I’m thinking of taking off the trv valves on rads upstairs to see if that helps.

What made you think a powerflush would work and what did the people who did the flush have to say?

Was told a power flush would clean out the whole syatem
In case it had built up over the years.

The chap managed to get the rads working upstairs while he was here but they soon went back to no heat within days. Think he had turned all others off to show flush worked

Well both heat rads and hot water cylinder. I have noticed when oil on it heats water in back boiler of fire as well!! Not sure if this is meant to happen

Back boiler should not be heated by oil sketch of you pipework layout would be useful.

Is this a one pipe system or a two pipe?
