My ground floor heating system not turning on and up stair heating and hot water is working ok.
Please find the attached my system.

Take it you have a programer for downstairs and one for upstairs?
 
click the adv on both heatings
 
I did both ADV turn on but no heating downstairs, when I turn off upstairs ADV my boiler also turn off.

i would sa you have a port valve thats bad best to get a heating engy out
 
rubbish port valves and s+ plan and price wise best get someone out and ask them
