Hi everyone,
We have had issues with our Grundfos UPS3 15-50/65 130 ever since installation. The builders created 3 sections in one space. Two in the kitchen and the third in the living room. The 3 sections have never worked in unison so one was disabled to leave one for the whole kitchen and the other for the lounge. However, there has never been a time when both work together.

The thermostat is basically useless so we have the heating on constantly. Can anyone suggest a reason as to why this might be happening? Or recommend a good specialist to help fix the problem in London (North)? We have had several people look at it (one said the pump was faulty and changed it but that had no impact).

Any help greatly received!
Nicola

How many rads (& size) in each section?. heating control system?, roomstats, smart or simple TRVs or evohome or similar. What size boiler output, oil or gas?,

Can you post a photo of the pump (running) LEDs, do you know what setting it supposed to be on?.
