Gas Safe trying to register

Just got my gas qualifications through from college, didn't waste no time got straight onto gas safe website to sign up. Soon as i enter my details it asks to pick a security question but there are non to pick from! And if you dont pick one you cant make an account..https://www.User PlumbersForums.net...ntent, don't link to it.co.uk/create-account/
What happened? Has the gas engeener quota been exceeded this year or something?
