GAH Electrastream error 3

Hi

I previously had only one heat element working and saw a previous posting stating that there were known PCB issues with this boiler.

Since then the boiler has failed self test and now has an error 3 (all heaters failed). I'm trying to work out whether this is a PCB fault or a tri-core element issue.

I live in Portsmouth so looking for a plumber with experience on these systems?
