Hi, I need a small water heater for a bathroom sink tap.

I was going to have an unvented undercounter unvented cylinder installed by a plumber.

I'm a sad old git living alone and working a crappie job.

Twice, I have used up a very valuable days holiday to wait at home for the local G3 water God to honour me with his presence (and accept my £700 ritual offering).

Sadly, this God is far too important and powerful. It is beneath them to keep to the day arranged, they seem to enjoy messing us mere mortals around.

Rather than wasting more holidays whilst seeking a trustworthy £1000/day installer, what systems can I legally install myself? I already have a 3kw heater that just passed the electricians inspection (before the heater expired).

Under 16L doesn't need to be installed by someone who is g3

If I recall correctly

Wrong sorry just doesn’t need to be building control notified

OK. Thanks. So the only choices are;
1) fit an immersion heater with header tank and overflow.
2) lube up, bend over, write off the rest of my holidays, phone 6 plumbers - book them all and hope at least one is honest enough to show up.

Please let me know if there are any other options.

Thanks again
