Hello

Can anyone help with the following. I have a flapper valve in my low level toilet cistern which also has a push button in the cistern lid. I'm looking for a push button and chain link mechanism. The chain link mechanism clamps onto the internal overflow pipe and is made up of the clamp, an arm and the push button mechanism whichy the push button screws into at one end with the other end connected to the chain
I'm not sure if there is a better way to describe this, what it is called or who makes it. I have been surfing the internet for a few days now and no luck. I have attached a picture of the mechanism which hopefully explains it
