Yes if it’s openable it has to be 300mm away doesn’t it?Also is that a sky light on the flat roof?
Could t find what I was looking for. I found something else of VaillantWhat does it say in the instructions

The 300mm is for vertical structure at
roof top but not for flat roof with a brick wall. It’s 500mm

Disagre due to having a vertical wall next to the flue. Pitched roof will have a lot more air and wind.Roof is a roof flat or pitched doesn’t matter
He doesn’t have an 835 the 835 is the boiler he is putting in.

Yes mate. This post looks like you are asking if this is ok.Sorry perhaps it’s me again.
I would like to Install a new 835 green IQ and therefore I am after the right distance to the skylight and vertical brick wall
Sorry mate. OP was misleading. He’s replacing the boiler
“Thenext boiler will be a Vaillant 835 green iq”
But I disagre with 300mm as it’s not at the roof like in the manual letter P.Sorry mate. OP was misleading.
If you both say that I will just call once more Vaillant to find out. Is not that I wouldn’t trust your experience it’s just to make sure I am doing the right thing. From a vertical structure on a roof Ron. It is there in black and white. You don’t have to agree but it is right.

Sounds like you are mate. Why post on here if you are going to ring Vaillant anyway. Better off just calling Vaillant.Don’t get me wrong I am not doubting your experience just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing
I want to make sure when i Install the boiler that’s to spec. As I disagree with one figure I want to make sure so don’t be so fragile and try to understand me.Sounds like you are mate. Why post on here if you are going to ring Vaillant anyway. Better off just calling Vaillant.
