I'll give ye a clue although it's not a santy type movie I remember watching it with my dad

Broadsword calling Danny boy

Santa Claus the movie. Watched it every year when I was a kid and now forcing it on my own kids. I suppose it's quite dated but Dudley Moore was great in it!

It's not Christmas without Clark Griswald.

Also, in no particular order, :-

The Santa Clause plus 2 and 3.
Wonderful Life
Die Hard
White Christmas

I watched always and still home alone, and home alone In New York , but also watched the grinch.

Last few years it's been the whole Lord of the Rings trilogy, extended versions. Now there's the Hobbit as well. Or if my daughter is with us and not her mum, Harry Potter...

Not films in any shape or form but I like to watch River Cottage whilst I'm pottering about in the kitchen, I've 3 or 4 series of them.

Became a bit of a Christmas tradition a good few years ago.

A pox on all these jonny-come-lately films. My vote goes to:

Lawrence of Arabia
Zulu
Dirty Dozen
Great escape
Kelly's heros

and...

whisper it quietly...

...the Sound of Music!

Ah yes Steve McQueen in d cooler.
And Odd ball in Kelly's Heros with all those positive waves.
Classics

I always watch The Ghost of Oxford St, play the album it is truly a musical mixture.

It was a Channel 4/ Malcolm McLaren production.

Plus something with Danny Kaye or the Marx Broters.

Elf (I found it funny)
Wizard of Oz (nostalgia)
And any Laurel and Hardy (both of the above)

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
