Desperate to sort this chaps. I’ve installed a boss strap today and the bloody thing is leaking. I glued it as normal and cleaned it up so I’m unsure what the issue is. Any advice for the easiest fix please?

Silicon

Can you spread it off 5 mm ?

Do you mean pry it off the pipe 5mm?
Do you mean normal sanitary silicon?

I was going to try and remove it, clean it all up and maybe use some Osma gap filling cement. It’s all I could think off.

Yes or ct1 etc enough to squirt it in all the way round etc

I’ve used it where it was cast effect you could hang off it once set just use some big wipes / others available to clean the spillage off etc

Strap bosses are a bastard for doing that. If I have to fit one I mask around the boss and then use polypipe gap filling cement to take up the gaps. Peel the masking tape off after an hour and its good to go
