Hi guys I haven't posted on here for a long time now. I'm literally 2-3 months away from completing my level 2 nvq plumbing and am still undecided what to do with regards to the next stage. Should I do level 3 as an apprentice or go through a private training course to achieve my gas and invented? Both have their pros and cons and I'm 37 now and the last 2 yrs have been financially difficult with a family and the usual bills etc. There's a place in treforest by me called GATC and I know they are reputable company with their courses. I really want to start earning more money sooner rather than later and the finances are a big part in the decision I make but also I'm thinking longer term I may achieve more by doing level 3.

Hello all, I’m replacing a concrete paving slab patio in the back yard. The original patio used 50mm deep concrete slabs on hardcore & sand. I’m planning to pour a 100mm deep concrete patio on 100mm hardcore. In order to achieve the same final height to line up with the rest of the patio, I...

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
