Hi everyone, my first post here so go easy on me... 😄

I have Danfoss HPA2 motorised valves fitted to my heating system and one of them is giving me problems again. Typical as its the same one I replaced in December 2022. The heating never came on today so I checked the valve and the lever on the actuator and it was stuck solid. I removed the actuator and the valved turns easily, but the lever is still stuck solid. Is there a way to free up the mechanism within the actuator? I replaced this same actuator in December 2022 so a little disappointed it has given up already. Advice much appreciated, thank you!

You could try using some pliers but they do tend to either snap or seize
