Flow pipe temperature 70 degrees. Return pipe is 55 degrees. What would I need to do to get the 20 degree differential that they look for?! Turn down pump speed? Close off balancing valve on rads and cylinder until temperature on return pipe drops? Or is dere another trick?!

You could turn the pump speed down, If its a combi you might want to double check with the manufacturer first.

You could Adjust the boiler output - if its oil, if its gas it will modulate

If you close off rad balancing valves your only going to increase return temp as less heat will be going to the rads

Reduce flow to rads. Don't disturb combi pump setting.
You need 20 degree drop through a rad.
