Morning all, is anybody currently using Gas Engineer Software. Looking at getting it. Is it any good?
Please let me know your thoughts.

Good bit of software customer details all in one place ,sends email with copy of certs to customer and email reminder about boiler service etc
Gas,oil, unvented. Takes abit to get use to payed for itself in first job 10/10

You get 30 day free trial customer service excellent some videos on YouTube to help out you. made my life easier and gets read if all that paperwork give it a go let me know what you think

Using it since Oct '15, could not live without it! There are a few issues however:

  1. Their method of calculating VAT throws a spanner from time to time and leaves an outstanding amount of 1p.
  2. On the app version, they have said there is no way to convert a quote to an invoice (you can use your browser for this though)
  3. The price doubled after the first year (still only a ton, but set's a precedent for price increases!)
  4. You need to be careful to not accidentally create multiple identical address for the same client (might have been me getting used to it in the early days!)
