Hello,
I currently have a water supply to a shed that is pumped from a well some distance away. At present, I have a manual switch to send power to the pump and the water just comes out of a tap ie when I open the tap, nothing happens until I flick the switch for the pump. I want to put in a tank for the water. Ideally the tank would have a ballcock to prevent overflowing and some form of automatic switch to send power to the pump instead of having to manually turn the switch. So when the ballcock dropped, it would flick the switch for the pump and when the ballcock rose it would again flick the switch to turn off the pump in addition to closing the valve. In effect, I think I am looking for a combined floatswitch/ballcock but I don't know if such a thing exists and that is my question.
Many thanks in advance.
