good morning,
if a radiator is removed from the system permanently,is it best to replace with tubing.
so circuit is not broken ??
 
Unless the system is a true one pipe heating circuit then it will not be
necessary to add any pipe work.

Just cap or plug after removing the radiator.
 
And even if it is a one pipe system you don't need to link it.

Make a note of how many turns open the lockshield is, it'll save you from having to rebalance the system when you replace the radiator.

And don't forget to top up your inhibitor too.
