If so any issues with using the Honeywell CM Zone system to provide load compensation and zoning?

Do I need to add a something onto the boiler to connect it to the Honeywell system?

What do I do about controlling the hot water tank?

(I am sitting in the cold study and thinking I wish I could get more heat without having to term up the thermostat in the hallway that is already warm enough for when I am working at home)
