thanks lads.

I remember the good old days when all you needed was a box of thermocouples, a couple of pumps and a 3 port valve!

Synchron motors
Pump and valves
3 and 5 amp fuses
Black & White motor head, universal for many combis
WD40
Perhaps a couple of common two and three wire APS's
If you have any Icos/Isars then a primary control board and a couple of electrode kits.

105 diaphragm kits, fit some alphas too. Buy alpha o- ring / washer kit ÂŁ19.00 doesn't ever fail to surprise what it fits.

Reign door seal ( foam with self adhesive bit)

Duo tec electrode , Aav just the top bit fits lots and lots of boilers easy money.

Water tribune for junior 24i

Filling loop

Gasket for ideal logic range. After 3 or 4 years they bit flakey.

Old grundfos head and an ideal compact head. Fits most pump bodies.

Filling loops.

Air duster,

105 pcb and apc

Icos electrode

Regin boiler first aid box. Screw spline nuts are a must!

Quick blow fuses.

Isar pcbs , thermo coupling , blanking meter discs , thermostat

Icos/Isar pcb and ignition electrodes. Baxi 105e thermistors, these fit alot of alpha and a couple of others too. Baxi diaphragm kits, (511117 and 511118 i think..?) Pumps and valves. 3-port and 2-port valves, complete valves and spare heads, and synchron motors. LP522 programmers. Fuses. Basic wired room stats. Thermocouples.

Oil for stuck fans, personally I like La-Co zoom oil. Only discovered it a few months ago. I've used it on 15-20 fans so far and only got called back to 1 and that was still spinning, just a bit noisy.

strike up a relationship wit a spares specialist-not a plumbers merchant playing at it.
They know what sells in your area and could advise what boilers are predominant there.
