boiler flame picture window

just a quick question

what does discolouration on the sight glass window of a combi boiler signify? it is kind of milky/greyish can still see flame but not clearly.
is this potentially a dangerous fault?

i noticed this on a mates boiler when i was re-pressurising his system.

it signifys nothing its just heat staining
