I had a kitchen fitter panel over the boiler and he just used his whole cutter so you could get to the controls, not a clue what was going through his head when he did it,
the rest of his work was really good apart from fitting a cubard 500mm from the top of the hob
 
shouldnt have to stand on a ladder to work on a boiler, risk assessments n all that :)
