Yesterday I rode the Prudential ride 100 and would just like to thank the guys who sponsored me, it was a great day with closed roads and spectators lining most of the route, the money raised for the Neuro Foundation will go a very long way and help an awful lot of families who find out they have this horrendous disease.

If you do get in stay in a hotel! I did but still had to get up at 0400!! Worth it though great day!
