What do people find is the best leak detection fluid on the market?

Soap and water :D tbh I use the can stuff

no as its too expensive in my local rocol stuff is pritty good (red can)

Soap and water best thing ever but not allowed due to corrosive properties.

If you wash it off it's gone though hasn't it?
Controversial

:D anything in a can these days is flammable

Mushroom soup?
Corned beef?
Beans?

I don’t think so Shaun.

And before anyone asks, none of the foodstuffs mentioned are any good as LDF.

Although it would be funny to see beans used as LDF

I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.
