baxi 105e problems

my Baxi 105e, not the instant is only delivering slightly warm water. also with DWH preheat switched on, the radiators warm up.
When a hot tap is switched on the boiler ignites, the DWH neon comes on and stays on until the tap is turned off, so I'm guessing the it's the diverter valve.

any advice please.

would help if you started your own thread and didnt move in on a similar one talking about a different boiler, then people wouldnt get confused,

dont take it personnel of old plumb but.....he has a point the 105e and 105e instant are very different boilers and suffer very different faults so we can best advise if you give the correct model and be as clear and concise as possible,that way we can give you the best advice
