Are there seats which can be fitted to back to wall pans without removing pan?

Yes mate, search "top fixing w/c seats" even amazon sell them

Only prob if the pan has a designated seat/design I paid 78 for my seat if I wanted soft close was 110 ideal standard BTW pan if yours is standard design then you may be ok..brum
