Cheaper than £1.50 each. Once you stock up by a decent amount (i do shedloads of toilets) you realise what a rip off it is. 15 of each plus VAT and postage from toiletspares comes to 55 quid. For a bit of foam.

How do you end up doing so many toilet repairs? I certainly don't do enough to bulk buy donut washers.

I don't know where abouts you are Watertight but round here I can think of 2 places that have signs outside saying foam cut to any size. I guess they may have the tools for circular shapes. Google foam cut to anysize + your area. I found this Birmingham one on Google

get your closed cell foam from the bay and cut your own?

i dont have a problem as i charge the customer £5 for them.lol

Buying them singularly can be costly like up to 4-5 quid from some places and the amount of different types now , i keep a drawer in van full of rubber foam etc all diff shapes n sizes,,, but below 1.50 i think go with redsaw, foam and scissors and your all the way, or try shoppin at alibaba they do everythin in bulk,,,,
