Another for SumUp.
For infrequent user it is brilliant, no standing charges just 1.69% per transaction.
Money is in account within two days.
Just need a mobile signal, card reader Bluetooth’s to phone, whack in amount, put custard’s card in - they put pin - done. It will send a confirmation to their email address or mobile phone if you like.
You get transaction reports by email, daily and monthly - stuff you can customise I think but I just use the basics (not all that often, obviously better to get bank transfer for free, but have found it to be utterly reliable and a great thing when needed)
