We are looking for a sub contractor to assist on a reactive maintenance housing contract with servicing and boiler breakdowns in the Cornwall area. The suitable candidate must have access to a van and have their own tools. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and ability. Mileage paid. Candidates must have all relevant gas qualifications, be well organised be able to work alone as well as part of a team.

here you go hammer :)

Cheers those are the jobs I've been looking at. The nearest moreheat I can find is Torquay I think but they don't seem a big company and from there gas safe number it's not much lower than mine and I got mine the other day so I am wondering if anybody knows anything about the company. Are they the kind of people I want to sub for etc.

moreheat seem to be from torbay, the boss seems to have let his tickets lapse and has a bunch of babies and one older guy working for him. All looks like a newish company, Id be worried he is looking to expand quickly, cashflow may well be a problem in the long term. If your going to sub, look at company house accounts first to get an idea of what they are like, its all online and googable

Thanks for that. That is pretty much what I thought which is why I was suspicious.
