alpha he cb25 no power no lights

hi hope someone can help me.
my bolier alpha he cb25 has stopped working.
no hot water no heating.
there are no lights at all.
its as if its no power just dead.
followed trouble shooting in manual leads to replace pcb????

checked all fuses all fine

any help would be great to close to christmas

Get someone qualified to have a look and don't carry out DIY work on a gas appliance.
