Hey I have a 1200 x 800 stone resin quadrant to fit with a riser kit. Is it ok to install this tray with the riser kit ( adjustable legs) straight on to the floorboards?

Make sure the floors sturdy enough to take the weight.
If not overboard with 18mm ply.

if the floorboard flexs with you on it with one foot then overboard with 18mm ply as said.

imho overboard it regardless as you don't want any movement :)

use your own judgement. do you think it will be fine or do you think there will be issues ?
is the floor lever ?
is the riser kit adjustable if the floor is out?
why are you unsure yourself? :)

get a full cup of water, put it on the floor and jump up and down if any spills over the rim overboard the floor.

What do you mean by this? Is it usual practice to over board the floor with plywood if using a riser kit then. Its the first time have used a riser kit have usually built a base out of 4x2 and 18mm ply.

what i mean is that if water spills out of the cup the floor is moving too much and needs overboarding to stiffen it up.

James, read the instructions. Everything you need to know is in there and if it isn't phone the manufacturer up.

Thanks the instructions don't say anything about over boarding if installing on floorboards. If I did over board even though the floorboards are quite sturdy, could I use 12mm plywood?
