Looks like an old cylinder hS been replaced with a combi boiler.
 
Have you not sorted it out yet your first post was 4 weeks ago ?
I though you would have had the floor up by now.

We haven't got X-ray eyes you know.:willy_nilly:

That's what I was guessing. Unless the space is being used for anything other than storage then I would have done same. Except for not wiping off the flux :)
