Hello all. First time posting so apologies if this is answered elsewhere. I am close to completing a purchase of my first flat, an ex-council place from the 1960s built in the usual concrete slab and brick. At present there is some ghastly pipe work for the radiators sprawling round every...

Downstairs I had a 12 port Hetta underfloor system installed by a plumber. Upstairs I installed an 8 port Hetta system myself using the existing pipework which had an old system on. Both systems are now fully Hetta with exactly the same components on (wiring centre, manifold, actuators...

Hello, I’ve had some work done in my house to redo a kitchen and replace damaged floors and while doing this I was convinced to install W-UFH since the floor was coming out anyway and there were some joist issues in the Victorian property. Previously I had about 9 radiators in my house, 2 of...

Hi folks. Sorry this is a long one. I'll try and keep it organised. Son has just moved into a purpose built (2013 ish) 4th floor apartment as a tenant. No gas in the building. Triple glazing. 1. The letting agent led him to believe that the electricity supply was on an Eco 7 meter. He didn't...
