CIMG3391bath s.jpgCIMG3385bath2.jpgHere's another one for you, we were asked to survey & report on this nice London pad last week, along with these baths there was 2 big showers & two x 2 basins, with the normal other bits. One of the complaints was the the hot water any guesses from went's it came ??
Prizes on offer !!

CIMG3388boiler2.jpgWell here it is the fountain of all that hot water. See pay London prices get good size London crap!!! (My mate kept looking for another water heater there just had to be one ?? surely wasn't satisfied until we shut the mains to boiler)

There is a Brucie bonus coming up "can you guess what it is" from the same gaff.

Is that some kind of fancy fire?
I think AP gets the Brucie bonus very annoyingly on the first go, it is a DFE & those cables going up the chimney are the main lot for the cable system (yes, in case you were wondering it does have a chimney)

For extra, extra prize which room do you think it is in ???

You couldn't make it up, Oh & you may be just able to see the gas pipe coming through the back R/H side brick wall not sleeved of course !!!!
