I want to change from a back boiler to a combi in a three bed terrace. I need someone to remove the cylinder and tanks and put combi on the outside wall in the existing cupboard where the tanks are. Gas meter is in the understairs cupboard almost directly beneath the current cylinder. I want to leave the fire on the back boiler in place. I want the system power flushed and TRVs fitted to 10 out of 11 rads. I'm looking to buy all materials and pay someone to do the work including building regs side of things. House is in Newcastle - is this something that would interest you?
