What? Are you a retard or something???

Pipe fittings are a need to owe thing, you need a special licence to carry any fitting, even something as small as a compressionn
ring. No licence then no fittings. You also need to join the fitting fitters club, this will alow you to use your fittings. However you can't join the club untill you have the pipe safety licence and these are only handed out once a year on 1st October so you have missed that for this year.
