what qualifications is required(if any) or how long experience and also what insurances would be needed to take on a person so they can complete there nvq level 2??
 
I would guess that you would have to be taken on by someone who has the NVQ or the older equivelent qualification, and they would have to have public liability aswell as employers liability no doubt
