A daughter has move into a property with the following setup. All electric setup with mains pressure HW cylinder. Pic 1 shows normal 3bar relief valve. Pic 2 shows a 3.5 bar valve on the mains incoming and a 6 bar valve going to the expansion vessel. Pic 3 shows the stopcock which has me a bit bemused as to why the incoming water has a stopcock on it, as one would expect,but then a parallel set of pipes directly below?

I would say cold mains and hot
 
Will run it up and see. Am assuming the 3.5 bar and 6 bar items are a combination valve.
 
Correct why do you ask ?
