Hi. Can anyone out there please advise me where I can get a washer for a 1" BS1010/2 stopcock. Everywhere I have tried only stocks up to 3/4". Plenty of merchants stock the stopcocks but no spare washers for them!

Thanks

Hmmmmm..... your good local merchants should be able to get you the washers you need surely?

Try BES supplies.

The range is extensive, but its mail order. Good news is, is that all the parts are illustrated so that you can see what you want as well as read it. :)

B.E.S Ltd, Plumbing and Gas supplies

or just buy a new part 2 float valve. Might be easier and less hassle than trying to find the washer? ;)

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
