Really good for joist drilling and small enough in length for a normal sized cordless or impact driver, far superior to a flat bit or auger imo...

Very good also handy are the nail proof ones
 
Nail proof versions too? Fab, only used them recently when bolting joists together then threw my auger bits in the bin.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
