Hi,
If you have one of the above, less than 150mm from a gas pipe is that just an advisory warning notice and tell the customer that they should get it moved by a qualified electrician?
Also if there is no bonding within 600mm of the meter outlet the same job, would you just add this to the warning notice or do both infringements make it AR ?
 
25mm for sockets / wire so that’s fine

150 is the mains incoming eg 60-100amps

No bonding ncs

its actually less than 25mm, socket is actually more or less touching the pipe.

Get them to move the socket a bit but still only ncs
 
NCS only. Several NCS does not equal AR. That has only ever applied to flue faults. TBH, off the top off my head, I am not sure if it still applies. Will have to thnk about it.
