Has anyone installed one of these before and can they recommend one?

I assume they can be screwed into the ceiling and then an external mixer does the rest but looking online I can't seem to figure out how it works for sure as they only seem to Come as a head rather than a kit including a mixer valve?

Was thinking of running it off a Combi.

Really appreciate any advice
