Hi there. I had a new bathroom fitted in my house down stairs last year and have had problems due to the cold water feed coming from the rising main rather than from the header tank in attic. I now need this to be rectified and require the cold water to come from the header tank. The original plumber refuses to fix this and I need this to be fixed pretty soon. Can anyone help? if so please drop me a message.

UK Can't get stopcock 100% closed to allow a tap repair
