We do general Plumbing plus Oil and solid fuel installations and were wondering wether to get into Solar Thermal installing . There have been other posts on this subject , but I am asking from the point of view of selling a system to the average customer .
If we assume that there is no Goverment subsidy or Initiative or anything . The average customer will want to know ,
1. How much it costs to install .
2. How long it is Guaranteed for .
3. How many years before he gets his money back ?
It seems to me that of all the Renewables it may be the least expensive to install especially as a lot of the customers that we deal with have to have a new cylinder anyway , so they might as well have one with a solar coil in the bottom .
