If the shower has independent feeds which are easily accessible and your confident in doing it yourself then yes it's possible for you to supply the materials required for less than £200. If your wanting to get someone in to do the work, then I would increase the amount you want to spend.

Never fitted them so can't comment, I've seen them online @ £120 but that only appears to be one, for a gravity mixer you will require 2 which already takes you over your limit and doesn't include install.
@Rob Foster@Rob Foster should know more about this product.

As mentioned above are you doing it yourself? Keep in mind that pumps will also wear out so you will be looking at spending the same again In a few years time. If you fit a proper pump then it will also need to be piped correctly and otherwise any warranty will be instantly void, additionally you need to consider your water storage if you have a pump you will use more water so you may need a bigger tank in the loft in order to replenish it

If the water main is close by and consumer unit, you'd probably get a cheap electric shower for around £200 - £250 supply and fit

You can also get a positive pump for around £100 parts should be okay as feeds are coming from upstairs, depends who fits it for what the labour is.

If you could double your budget you'd have something more robust and that'll last a lot longer.

These cheap electric showers and pumps work harder than they can cope with, they get really hot and finally start going wrong
