Morning gents and gals,

I have a Milano Tower Shower about 15 years old, where I have a couple of issues :-

1. The shower head has seen better days and I would like to replace it, however, the BPS seems to be a 1 inch or so not the usual 1/2 inch and the grey fitting at the top does not want too move
2. All the controls are now getting very stiff and difficult to turn in the desired direction

Was wondering if anyone could give me a steer on what type and size of shower head I need to replace the current one, and how I might try to loosen up the controls in order to prolong the life of the unit a year or two.

No useful information on the Milano website.

Fyi pics are attached.

Many thanks.
