Landlord certificates - after work?

Hi My company is has just paid for me to get my gas modules renewed.

I was just wondering if to make some extra money after work etc to - advertise in local paper landlord inspection service - and then take out a indivuidal corgi registration rather than a company one.

Just wondering would there be much demand for this sort of work in the Sw london area? would it be worth it after putting adverts in papers etc
