hi guys, went to see a intergas combi. Zero pressure so I tryed to fill it up but digital guage didn't go up. Then the prv on the boiler started making a loud noise like a rattling.so I stopped trying to fill up.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the digi sender eg the part that senses the pressure in the boiler either blocked or fecked

Does the boiler still work if so fit an external gauge

Won't cure the gauge not working but will at least tell you the pressure in the system

You can but try bud I have done it on other makes of boiler if not this may help. Kop

Normally giving a tap on a flat surface and a good wash out sorts it but not guaranteed

Cheers I'll try that. I've ordered a inline pressure guage and I'll clean it. I'll also remove the pressure sensor and clean that out too.. fingers crossed.
Thank you a lot guys your my bread and water !
