Apprentice plumber here studying level 2 at college.

Before I got into plumbing I tiled over my stopcock as I assumed I wouldn't ever use it, because all my outlets have isolation valves and I have an indirect gravity fed system in a small flat with a Stuart Turner pump (now as I learn more at college I really how stupid that was).

Anyone have any ideas what I can do?
I was thinking about cutting a door or cover behind the tiles as seen the picture. Ideally I don't want to smash the tiles.

Thanks

I’m guessing a flat ?

Yes, as outlined in the op 😉
😅 didn’t read that part

Tbh I would multi tool the grout lines of that 1/2 tile and remove it and fix it in with magnets / poppers

So the ceiling is concrete? Is the bath panel tiled? You could do what you propose if it’s reachable.
Celling is concrete and bath panel is removable mosaics on plywood. I could maybe freeze the pipe under the bath and add a second stopcock if I can see where the pipe runs. But I've siliconed the bath panel up and can't afford a pipe freezing kit right now (maybe I could rent one for £60). But what I propose is definitely reachable, but would be a little awkward and hole big enough to fit a full arms length.

I have a multi cutter tool, but what would the 1/2 tile stick too? because it's a complete open hollow space behind that tile.

You would have to build a frame / support structure etc
