I have a customer who is complaining of noises like a finger on a wine glass when the heating is on. It goes away if the water is turned on. I have seen many posts about noise on this boiler with hot water turned on and goes away when heating is on but non this way around.
I am going to call the Ideal tech help line tomorrow but if any of you other GSR engineers have come across this issue before I would be grateful for areas to start looking

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue
